Kyle Walker joined the Indiana State Senate in 2020 to serve Hoosiers in Senate District 31, which contains portions of Hamilton and Marion counties including all of Fishers and parts of Lawrence and Noblesville.
A Lawrence native, Kyle is a small business owner with a track record of serving his community and state.
In the Senate, Kyle has proven himself as a commonsense, fiscally responsible leader who will work across the aisle to get results for Hoosiers. Kyle led bipartisan efforts to improve public safety in Central Indiana, support Hoosier children and families, boost economic development and strengthen local infrastructure.

Before joining the Senate, Kyle served on the Lawrence City Council, as President of the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority and as Deputy Director of the Indianapolis Department of Public Works. He also served as Chairman of the Marion County Republican Party during Mayor Greg Ballard’s administration, is the former Republican Vice Chair of the 5th Congressional District and now serves as the Republican Chair of the 7th Congressional District.
Kyle Walker is the Executive Vice President of MO Strategies, Inc. and the owner of Kyle Walker Consulting, LLC.
A graduate of Lawrence North High School and Indiana Wesleyan University, Kyle lives in Lawrence with his wife Jennifer and has two sons, Chase and Cameron.
